 Today I.....cleaned my house. Actually I did a lot of it last night on NYE. Sad I know but I accomplished this...

 But the best thing on my To Do List was to make homemade marshmallows (I posted a picture on Facebook of them and spelled it marshmellows, who knew?) Anyway, I've been wanting to try them for awhile and decided it's now or never (as you can tell from the time on the picture). So, you start with this...

Almost done...
    So this is the finished honey vanilla bean marshmallow. They are pretty good, can't wait to try different flavors.  Too bad we were out of hot chocolate :(

      I am still jealous I did not get to try these, we must make more! my appetite for sugar is endless.
