Today I.....watched Macy make a snowman.

ok, so it's not alot of snow but fun for us

MissyCoco wasn't too impresssed

but we made her take a picture anyway.

I hate being sick

Today I.....well not really today because I took some of these pictures the other day. I was going to post them then but I'm sick. I hate being sick. So I made some soup to make me feel better.

So it started like this.....

ok, now it's ready to eat.

Well, I don't think it helped my cold because I am still sick but it sure made my tummy feel good!

So today I made soup.....mmmmm, mmmmm, good.

 But the best thing on my To Do List was to make homemade marshmallows (I posted a picture on Facebook of them and spelled it marshmellows, who knew?) Anyway, I've been wanting to try them for awhile and decided it's now or never (as you can tell from the time on the picture). So, you start with this...

So this is the finished honey vanilla bean marshmallow. They are pretty good, can't wait to try different flavors.  Too bad we were out of hot chocolate :(
